Circling the Dinosaurs
Brian Marick has an interesting blog entry on seeking a new metaphor for testing that incorporates the skills and values that testers traditionally identify themselves with, and the Agile/XP value building cohesive teams that work together.
Worth a read (as is generally true with Brian's stuff).
